Module: Recruitment
Audience: HR administrators, recruitment leads
Version: 1.0.0
Last updated: 2026-07-22

Overview

Recruitment → Setting is where you configure the building blocks used across the module: job positions, evaluation criteria and forms, skills, companies, industries, HR transfer email templates, and a key toggle that controls whether recruitment proposals (plans) are used alongside campaigns.

You need Edit permission (or administrator access) to open this page.

Prerequisites

  • Permission: Recruitment → Edit (or admin).
  • Recommended order: Set up Industry list and Skills before Job position; configure Evaluation criteria before Evaluation form; configure Transfer personnel before using Transfer to HR on candidates.

Settings tabs

Tab Purpose
Job position Roles used on campaigns, proposals, and evaluation forms
Evaluation criteria Scoring criteria and criterion groups for interviews
Evaluation form Weighted forms linking criteria to job positions
Transfer personnel Ordered email templates for candidate-to-HR transfer
Skills Skill tags attachable to job positions
Company list Hiring companies (with optional logo images)
Industry list Industries linked to job positions
Other settings Recruitment plan / campaign mode toggle

Step-by-step: Job position

  1. Go to Recruitment → Setting (opens Job position by default).
  2. Click New job position.
  3. Enter Job position name, optional Skills, Industry, and Description.
  4. Click Submit.

Expected result: The position appears in the table and becomes available on campaign and evaluation forms.

To edit or delete, use the row action buttons. Deletion is blocked if the position is still referenced elsewhere.

Step-by-step: Evaluation criteria

  1. Open the Evaluation criteria tab.
  2. Click New evaluation criteria.
  3. Choose Criteria type: a single Criteria (requires a parent Group criteria) or a Group criteria (folder).
  4. Enter title, description, and optional score labels (1–5).
  5. Click Submit.

Expected result: Criteria appear in the list; groups show with a folder icon. Child criteria are indented under their group.

Step-by-step: Evaluation form

  1. Open the Evaluation form tab.
  2. Click New evaluation form.
  3. Enter Form name and optionally restrict to a Job position (leave blank for all positions).
  4. Add one or more Group criteria sections; within each, pick Evaluation criteria and set Proportion (percentage weight).
  5. Ensure proportions total 100%.
  6. Click Submit.

Expected result: The form is available when rating candidates whose campaign position matches.

Step-by-step: Transfer personnel

  1. Open the Transfer personnel tab.
  2. Click New.
  3. Set Order (sequence — lower numbers send first).
  4. Choose Send to: successful candidates, staff, or department. For staff/department, pick recipients in Email to.
  5. Enter Subject, Content (rich text), and optional Attachment.
  6. Click Submit.

Expected result: Templates are used when transferring an elected candidate to HR Profile.

Step-by-step: Skills, Company list, Industry list

These tabs follow the same pattern:

  1. Click New (or New company / New industry / New skill).
  2. Fill in the required name fields (companies also have address and industry text; companies support drag-and-drop images).
  3. Click Submit.

Expected result: New entries appear in the table and in dropdowns across Recruitment (e.g. skills on job positions, companies on campaigns).

Step-by-step: Other settings (recruitment plan toggle)

  1. Open the Other settings tab.
  2. Use the checkbox Create recruitment campaign not create plan (wording in UI — when checked, recruitment plan mode is ON):
    • Checked (default): The Recruitment → Proposal menu appears. When creating campaigns, you do not pick proposals on the campaign form — use the Proposal workflow instead.
    • Unchecked: The Proposal menu is hidden. When creating campaigns, you can link approved proposals directly on the campaign form.
  3. The setting saves immediately when you toggle the checkbox.

Expected result: A success notification appears. Refresh navigation or reload the page to see sidebar menu changes.
