Overview
A recruitment campaign is an open hiring requisition. It captures the role, headcount, location, salary range, job description, ideal candidate criteria, and the team responsible for the hire. Candidates are linked to a campaign so you can track pipeline progress per opening.
Campaign statuses:
- Planning — newly created; not yet actively hiring.
- In progress — active recruitment.
- Finish — position filled or campaign closed successfully.
- Cancel — campaign stopped.
- Overdue (label only) — end date has passed while still in planning; update the status or dates.
Prerequisites
- Permission: Recruitment → View to open the page. Create to add campaigns. Edit to change records and status (managers/creators). Delete to remove campaigns.
- Job positions: Configure under Recruitment → Setting → Job position before creating campaigns.
- Optional: Companies (Setting → Company list), recruitment channel forms (Recruitment channel), approved proposals (when recruitment-plan mode is off).
Step-by-step: View campaigns
- Go to Recruitment → Campaign.
- Use the Department, Position, and Status filters above the table to narrow the list.
- Click a campaign name or View to open the preview panel on the right.
- Use the double-chevron button to expand or collapse the split view.
Expected result: A table of campaigns with status labels; selecting a row shows full details, attachments, and (when configured) a public application form link.
Step-by-step: Create a campaign
- On the Campaign page, click New campaign.
- On the General information tab, complete:
- Campaign code and Campaign name (required).
- Recruitment proposal (if shown — links to approved proposals).
- Recruitment channel form (optional web application form).
- Position (required), Company, Amount of recruitment (headcount).
- Form of work, Department, Workplace.
- Starting salary from / to and Display salary (whether salary shows on public forms).
- From date and To date (end date required).
- Reason for recruitment and Job description.
- Manager and Follower staff assignments.
- Open the Candidate request tab to set optional criteria: age range, gender, height, weight, education level, experience, and an attachment file.
- Click Submit.
Expected result: The campaign appears in the list with Planning status. Attachments appear in the preview when you select the campaign.
Step-by-step: Edit a campaign
- In the campaign list, hover the row and click Edit.
- Update fields in the modal (same layout as create).
- Click Submit.
Expected result: A success message; the list and preview reflect your changes.
Step-by-step: Change campaign status
- Open the campaign preview (click the campaign name).
- If you are the manager, creator, or an administrator, use the Change status dropdown in the top-right of the preview.
- Select Planning, In progress, Finish, or Cancel.
Expected result: The status label updates in the list and preview. If the end date has passed, an Overdue ribbon may still appear until you finish or cancel the campaign.
Step-by-step: Delete a campaign
- In the campaign list, click Delete on the row.
- Confirm deletion.
Expected result: The campaign is removed. If candidates are still linked, you may see a warning that the record is referenced — remove or reassign those candidates first.
