Overview

Interview schedule lets you plan interviews for candidates linked to a recruitment campaign. Each schedule has a name, date, time window, assigned interviewers (staff), and one or more participating candidates. You can manage schedules from a table with a preview panel or from a calendar view.

Prerequisites

  • Permission: Recruitment → View to open the page and calendar. Create to add schedules. Edit to change records. Delete to remove schedules.
  • Campaigns and candidates: At least one campaign and candidate profile should exist before scheduling (recommended).
  • Job positions: Optional; position can auto-fill when you pick a campaign.

Step-by-step: View interview schedules

  1. Go to Recruitment → Interview schedule.
  2. Review the table: schedule name, time, date, campaign, candidate avatars, interviewer avatars, and who created the entry.
  3. Click a schedule name or View to open the preview panel on the right.
  4. Use the double-chevron button to expand or collapse the split view.

Expected result: A list of all interview schedules with a detail preview showing general information and participating candidates.

Step-by-step: Create an interview schedule

  1. On the Interview schedule page, click New interview schedule.
  2. Under General information, complete:
    • Recruitment campaign (select a campaign — position may auto-fill).
    • Interview schedule name.
    • Position (optional; may populate from campaign).
    • Interview day, From time, and To time.
    • Interviewer — select one or more staff members (required).
  3. Under Candidates, select at least one candidate. Email and phone fill in automatically.
  4. Click + to add more candidate rows if needed.
  5. Click Submit.

Expected result: A success message; the new schedule appears in the list. If the candidate already has an overlapping interview at that time, you see a warning and must change the time or candidate.

Step-by-step: Edit an interview schedule

  1. In the schedule list, hover the row and click Edit.
  2. Update fields in the modal (same layout as create).
  3. Click Submit.

Expected result: The list and preview reflect your changes. Candidate links are replaced with your current selection.

Step-by-step: Delete an interview schedule

  1. In the schedule list, click Delete on the row.
  2. Confirm deletion.

Expected result: The schedule and its candidate links are removed.

Step-by-step: Use calendar view

  1. On the Interview schedule page, click Calendar view.
  2. Interviews appear as events on the calendar (title = schedule name).
  3. Click an event to open that schedule in the list view.
  4. Click a day to start creating a new schedule with that date pre-filled.

Expected result: A visual calendar of all interview schedules. You can create new schedules directly from the calendar.
