Overview
The Recruitment dashboard gives you a quick snapshot of hiring activity: how many campaigns are open, in planning, or finished; how many candidates you still need versus how many are in active recruitment; how many have reached Elect status; and which interviews are coming up. Two pie charts show the breakdown of recruitment proposals (plans) and campaigns by status.
The dashboard refreshes each time you open the page. There are no date filters or export options.
Prerequisites
- Permission: Recruitment → View to see the Dashboard menu item and page.
- Data: Meaningful numbers require existing campaigns, proposals (for the plan chart and headcount need), candidates, and scheduled interviews elsewhere in the module.
Step-by-step: Open the dashboard
- Go to Recruitment → Dashboard.
- Review the stat tiles across the top and middle of the page.
- Use the two pie charts to see proposal and campaign status distribution.
- Scroll to the Upcoming interview table for scheduled sessions with date, time, and linked campaign.
Expected result: Counts and charts reflect current data in Recruitment. If you have no records yet, tiles show zero and charts may be empty.
Understanding the stat tiles

| Campaign finish | Campaigns with status Finish |
| Candidates need to recruit | Total headcount from all recruitment proposals (sum of amount fields) |
| Recruited candidate | Candidates with status Elect |
| Upcoming interview | Number of interviews scheduled from now onward |
| Campaign recruiting | Total positions to fill across all In progress campaigns |
Note: Cancelled campaigns appear in the campaign pie chart but are not shown as a separate stat tile.
Understanding the charts
- Recruitment plan chart by status — distribution of recruitment proposals: Planning, Approved, Made finish, Reject.
- Recruitment campaign chart by status — distribution of campaigns: Planning, In progress, Finish, Cancel.
Hover a segment to see the count and percentage.
Upcoming interview table
Lists future interviews with:
- Interview schedule name
- Linked campaign (code and name)
- Time window
- Interview date
For full interview management, use Recruitment → Interview schedule.
Common issues
| Symptom | Likely cause | What to do |

| Dashboard menu missing | Missing View permission | Ask admin for Recruitment → View |
| All zeros | No campaigns or candidates yet | Create campaigns and candidates first |
| Plan chart empty | No recruitment proposals | Add proposals (when plan mode is enabled) or ignore if you do not use proposals |
| Recruited count seems low | Only Elect candidates count | Transferred candidates (status 9) are not included |
| Numbers do not match Campaign list | Dashboard uses different rules (e.g. cancel only in chart) | Use Campaign list for detailed status breakdown |
| Interview table empty | No future interviews scheduled | Create schedules under Interview schedule |
