Overview

A recruitment proposal (shown as Recruitment Plan in some screens) is a formal hiring plan submitted for approval before or alongside recruitment campaigns. Use it when your organisation runs in recruitment plan mode — configured under Recruitment → Setting → Other settings.

Proposal statuses:

  • Proposal — newly created; awaiting approver action.
  • Approved — approver accepted; can be linked to campaigns (when plan mode is off).
  • Reject — approver declined the plan.
  • Made — appears in filters only; no in-app action sets this status today.

Prerequisites

  • Permission: Recruitment → View to open the page. Create to add proposals. Edit to change draft proposals. Delete to remove records.
  • Plan mode: Recruitment → Setting → Other settings → enable recruitment plan / campaign mode so Recruitment → Proposal appears in the sidebar.
  • Job positions: Configure under Recruitment → Setting → Job position before creating proposals.

Step-by-step: View proposals

  1. Go to Recruitment → Proposal (visible only when plan mode is on).
  2. Use Department, Position, and Status filters above the table.
  3. Click a proposal name or View to open the preview panel on the right.

Expected result: A filtered table with status labels; selecting a row shows full details and attachments.

Step-by-step: Create a proposal

  1. Click New proposal.
  2. On General information, complete:
    • Proposal name (required)
    • Position (required), Department, Amount of recruitment
    • Form of work, Workplace
    • Starting salary from / to
    • From date and To date (end date required)
    • Reason for recruitment and Job description
    • Approver (required) — staff member who can approve or reject
  3. On Candidate request, set optional criteria (age, gender, height, weight, education, experience) and an attachment.
  4. Click Submit.

Expected result: The proposal appears with Proposal status. The designated approver sees Approve/Reject buttons in the preview.

Step-by-step: Approve or reject

  1. Open the proposal preview as the designated approver.
  2. Click Approve or Reject.

Expected result: Status updates to Approved or Reject. Approve/Reject buttons disappear.

Step-by-step: Edit or delete

  • Edit: Available from the list only while status is Proposal. Hover the row and click Edit.
  • Delete: Click Delete on the row and confirm.

Expected result: Edits save with a success message. Deletion removes the record and its attachments.
