Overview

Synergy ERP is Eykegai's integrated CRM + ERP platform. It brings sales, finance, operations, projects, support, and people management into one system so your team can work from a single source of truth — from first lead through purchase, delivery, billing, and payroll.

Staff use the admin area (main sidebar). Customers and vendors use separate portals with access scoped to their organization. The dashboard is your starting hub for shortcuts and summaries, but most day-to-day work happens in the module areas below.

Module map

Use this map to find where a task belongs. Your administrator may hide modules you do not need.

Area What it covers Typical entry
Sales / CRM Leads, customers, estimates, proposals, invoices, payments, credit notes, contracts Sales, Customers, Leads
Purchase Vendors, purchase requests (PR), purchase orders (PO), vendor quotations Purchase
Accounting Chart of accounts, bills, expenses, journals, banking, financial reports Accounting
Warehouse Items, stock levels, warehouses, goods receipt, delivery notes, inventory movements Warehouse
Projects / Tasks Projects, milestones, task lists, time tracking, billable work Projects, Tasks
Support Tickets, knowledge base, announcements Support
HR Profile Employee records, departments, contracts, leave, evaluations HR Profile
Payroll Payroll runs, payslips, salary components, statutory deductions HR Payroll
Recruitment Job postings, candidates, interviews, hiring pipeline Recruitment
Fixed Equipment Asset register, check-in/out, maintenance, depreciation Fixed Equipment
HSE Health, safety, and environment records, incidents, compliance HSE
Portals Customer self-service and vendor collaboration (see below) Portal login URLs

Not every organization activates every module. If you do not see an area, ask your administrator whether it is enabled for your company.

Cross-module flows

Many business processes span more than one module. Two common examples:

Purchase: PR → PO → receipt → bill

  1. Purchase request (PR) — a department requests goods or services.
  2. Purchase order (PO) — procurement converts an approved PR into an order sent to a vendor.
  3. Goods receipt — warehouse (or receiving staff) records what arrived against the PO.
  4. Vendor bill — accounting matches the receipt to a vendor invoice and schedules payment.

This chain links Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounting. Status and quantities should stay aligned at each step.

Sales: lead → customer → invoice

  1. Lead — a prospect is captured in CRM (source, owner, status).
  2. Customer — when qualified, the lead converts to a customer record with contacts and addresses.
  3. Estimate / proposal — optional quoting before a sale is confirmed.
  4. Invoice — billing issues an invoice; payments record money received.

This chain links Leads, Customers, and Sales billing. Projects and tasks can attach billable work along the way.

Other flows (project delivery → invoice, ticket → task, hire → employee profile) follow the same pattern: start in the module that owns the record, then follow links or related tabs to the next step.

Staff admin vs customer portal vs vendor portal

Experience Who uses it What they can do
Staff admin Employees with login accounts Full modules per role permissions: create and approve records, run reports, configure setup (admins only)
Customer portal Customer contacts invited by your team View proposals, estimates, invoices, projects, tickets, and knowledge base articles for their company; limited self-service
Vendor portal Vendor contacts linked to purchase records Respond to POs, upload documents, and collaborate on procurement workflows your organization enables

Staff sign in through the main application URL. Portal users use separate customer or vendor login pages (your administrator can share the correct link). Portal visibility is always limited to the organization the contact belongs to — not the whole ERP.

Permissions inside the admin area are role-based. If an action is missing, request access from your administrator rather than using another user's account.

Dashboard as hub

After login, the dashboard shows widgets and shortcuts: open tasks, calendar items, ticket summaries, finance snapshots, and quick links. Use it to orient yourself and jump into active work.

The dashboard does not replace module screens. For detailed steps — creating an invoice, approving a PO, posting a receipt — open the relevant module from the sidebar or search.

Get a guided walkthrough

Broad questions are easier to answer when you name your role and task. Examples:

  • "I'm in accounts payable — how do I record a vendor bill after goods are received?"
  • "I'm a sales rep — how do I turn a lead into a customer and send an invoice?"
  • "I'm a customer — where do I see unpaid invoices in the portal?"
  • "I'm in warehouse — how do I post a goods receipt against a PO?"

Ask Synergy Agent (or your internal support channel) with that context. You will get steps tied to the right module instead of a generic dashboard tour.
