Milestones act as checkpoints in the journey of task accomplishment. They aid in assessing progress and correlating results, enhancing organization and project management.
To view milestones, follow these steps:
- Click the customer feature.
- View the desired customer profile.
- Click on "Projects."
- View the desired project.
- Click "Milestone" to view milestones or add new ones.
- You can include or exclude completed tasks at the top right corner.
- Beside the "New Milestone" button is a feature to change the display formats.
